Happytree Terms of delivery

Postage and estimated delivery time

We mail products mainly to Finland. We will mail your order as soon as possible, no later than two days after your order arrives. We send Happytree's packages mainly through Posti / Pakettikauppa.fi. The company we use may also cooperate with other companies (for example, Matkahuolto, DHL, UPS, etc.). You can see the shipping costs at the checkout with your order. We always try to find the best and cheapest delivery price for our packages. Delivery time is 2-6 working days.

We give the seeds a germination guarantee

If you start growing a tree with Happytree seeds, we give them a germination guarantee. If you plant and care for the seeds according to the instructions that came with the package and they still don’t germinate within three months let us know. We will send the new seeds for free to you.

Babytree

If you are starting to grow a tree with babytree, be sure to follow the instructions that came with the little tree which have been prepared just for it. All tree species are different in terms of care, so what works for one may not work for another. Also, keep in mind that trees are grown in the nature are after all and they don’t always survive into adults no matter how well they are cared for. If this happens, do not be discouraged but try again.

Rights of return and exchange

Our tree growing packages have a 14-day rights of return and exchange. The right of return does not apply to products that have been modified or mishandled in accordance with the consumer's own wishes. The condition of the refund is that
(1) The order has been canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by notifying Vaahtera & Lönneberga Tmi / Happytree.fi no later than 14 days after receiving of the product.
(2) the product is in the condition in which it was received by the purchaser and all parts of the product are save; and
(3) the product is packed in its original packaging or equivalent and is in sellable condition
