1. Parties to the Agreement

This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the happytree.fi online service (Service) maintained by Vaahtera & Lönneberga Tmi (Service Provider). By using the Service, purchasing products from the Service or registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by those terms.

2. License

2.1. Private consumers

The service is intended for private consumers living in Finland.

2.2. Companies

Companies can also use the Service. The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to corporate customers.

2.3. All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider.


3. Registration

3.1. The user can register as a user of the Service by filling in the registration form and choosing a username and password. The user can also order products without registering.

3.2. By ordering products, the User confirms that he has read these terms, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them.

3.3. Registration is free.

4. Responsibilities and obligations of the user

The user is responsible for all orders placed with his username and password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his username and password.

5. Collection and use of personal information

5.1. The service provider is responsible for the processing of the information provided by the user in accordance with the European Union Data Protection Act.

6. Ordering

6.1. When ordering from the Service, a binding sales agreement is created when the Service Provider sends the User an order confirmation confirming the availability and delivery time of the product.

6.2. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order.

7. Product prices

7.1 The price of the Product is the price displayed on the Service page in connection with the product information at the time of ordering.

7.2 Delivery costs are added to the price. Payment is per order unless otherwise stated. The delivery fee in Finland is 5.90 € / order when ordering to Posti's parcel machine or Matkahuolto's parcel point, 5.90 € / order when ordering to Posti's service point. Certain products can be ordered in Turku as a Budbee delivery. The current delivery fee will appear on the Service before the order is placed.

7.3 In the service, prices and transport costs are notified to the User in euros (EUR).

7.4 When selling and transporting products to EU countries, the prices quoted include VAT in accordance with Finnish legislation.

7.5 When selling and transporting products outside the EU, the recipient of the product is responsible for local taxes, customs duties and other comparable costs.

8. Delivery

8.1. The Service Provider delivers the products it sells to the User on the basis of its transportation contract with a third party.

8.2. Shipping costs will be added to the order price. The shipping costs for each order appear in the Shopping Cart section of the Service.

8.3. Product delivery times are determined on a product-by-product basis. Delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the shipment. The valid delivery methods appear from time to time on the Service.

8.4. The service provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delayed delivery.

8.5. The service provider reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in different shipments.

8.6. The service provider is responsible for the loss or breakage of the product during transport.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

9.1. According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel his order by notifying the service provider within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been modified or mishandled in accordance with the buyer's own wishes.

9.2. The condition of the refund is that

1) the order has been canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by notifying Vaahtera & Lönneberga Tmi / Happytree.fi no later than 14 days after receiving the product,

The product is in the condition in which it was received by the purchaser and all parts of the product are in storage; and

4) the product is packaged in its original packaging or in an equivalent manner.


10. Payment methods
In the online store, you can pay as an online banking payment of Finnish banks and with a Klarna Invoice. Payment methods are presented at checkout.

The payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider is Klarna Bank AB (publ), registered in the Swedish Companies Register under number 556737-0431, and is headquartered at Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm. More information about Klarna can be found at www.klarna.fi. Klarna Bank AB is licensed as a payment institution.

11. Changes

11.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service at any time.

11.2. The Service Provider may also change the terms of this agreement by notifying the User through the Service. The user accepts the changes made using the service.

12. Settlement of Disputes

All disputes concerning this agreement that cannot be settled through negotiations shall be settled in the Turku District Court in accordance with Finnish law.
